Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within New Zealand only.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: $5.00 per order
- Free Shipping: Free shipping on orders over $30
Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes
We use GoSweetSpot, a courier aggregator that partners with NZ Post, Post Haste, and Castle Parcels, to provide you with the best possible rates and delivery timeframes.
- Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days after your order is processed.
- Rural Delivery: Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for delivery to rural addresses.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the GoSweetSpot website.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Authority to Leave
If you authorize the courier to leave your package without a signature, Lesser Evil will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once the package has been delivered.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your orders within the estimated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather events, public holidays, or courier disruptions. Lesser Evil is not responsible for any delays caused by factors outside of our control.
